Villa Dorotea sits in an elevated position above the fashionable and sophisticated village of Moraira. The house is set in a large landscaped garden with its own private swimming pool and has stunning sea views to the Cap d'Or. The large, beamed, high ceiling Naya is a favourite place to relax in the shade and enjoy the views and gentle breezes from the sea. In addition, the covered pergola has additional seating in an elevated part of the garden with views across the pool to the sea.

Main Floor

Double doors lead into the main Living Room of the house. This is furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs and has a traditional oval fireplace as a feature. A stereo system is provided with Radio, CD functions and speakers. Arches lead from the living room into the dining room and then the media room/study with further sofa and chairs, Satellite TV and DVD player.

Wifi is available throughout the property with new improved strength! (Your own laptop is required).

The well appointed and fully equipped kitchen has a large fridge with freezer, 4-ring gas hob, double oven with grill and built in extractor fan. There is also a wall mounted fan to keep you cool in summer! Electrical gadgets include kettle, toaster, coffee maker, food processor, electric whisk. There is also a filtered drinking water tap. The next door laundry room has another large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

On the main floor of the house there are three very spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The Green Bedroom has French windows leading to its own spacious balcony which looks out to the sea and over the garden below. The Blue Bedroom has French windows onto its own terrace with garden views. The Pink Bedroom looks over the swimming pool and the garden. Stairs leads down to the fourth bedroom with en-suite bathroom which has views into a lovely sunny garden area. All bedrooms and bathrooms are decorated and furnished to a high standard with ample wardrobe space. Each bedroom has its own independent air con system.

Outside, the 10m x 5m swimming pool has Roman steps leading into it and spacious terracing around for sunbathing or relaxing under an umbrella. Sunbeds can be moved around to the perfect position. There is an elegant round table with chairs and umbrella in a perfect sunspot near the kitchen door.

The landscaped gardens are very well maintained affording a variety of Mediterranean colour, shade and fresh lemons and kumquats! There is a large, raised, covered pergola with additional dining/sitting space with views across the gardens and pool to the Torre del Cap d'Or. Close by is the outside kitchen with sink and a large gas barbeque to complete the ‘al fresco’ dining experience!

The many places to sit, in or out of the sun, offer a perfect way to unwind, sunbathe, read, and dine.

At the rear of the house a spiral staircase leads to the roof terrace with even more expansive panoramic views out to sea.
